What is your return policy?
All items are final sale. Since the pieces we sell are vintage/antique/pre-loved, they will come with some wear & tear due to age. All blemishes will be specified in the description of each product. Please be sure to read descriptions thoroughly before purchasing & feel free to contact us with any questions you might have!
How does shipping work?
All shipping costs are calculated automatically through our website upon checkout (this does not apply to shipments outside of the USA). Please allow 5-7 business days from your purchase date for your item(s) to be shipped. An email will be sent to you with tracking information as soon as your item(s) has been sent out. If you need a faster turnaround time, please contact us at hello@shoptezori.com & we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! If you live outside of the USA & wish to purchase from our shop, you can purchase through our website & choose “pick up” upon checkout. Once you complete your purchase, please email us at hello@tezorihome.com with your order # and shipping address. We will then send a separate invoice to your email for shipping costs. Once your shipping invoice is paid, we will ship your order out & send you tracking information. If you wish to know shipping costs before purchasing, please email us at hello@tezorihome.com and we will send you a shipping quote prior to your purchase.
Do you ship your larger pieces?
For larger furniture pieces, we work with third party shippers & can give you a shipping quote to your area upon request. For a shipping quote, please send your ZIP code & the piece(s) you are interested in to hello@shoptezori.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I have something specific I’m looking for?
We are always out and about sourcing for the shop and have narrowed down the very best places to hunt for vintage/antique finds. If you have a specific piece you’d like us to keep an eye out for, let us know! Message us with details/photos of any pieces you are looking to find for your home as well as your contact info & we will be another set of eyes for you while we are out sourcing.
Do you have a brick and mortar presence?
We have a small pop-up shop located in Somerville, New Jersey. If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please use the “PICK UP” option at checkout as opposed to “SHIP.” We will send you an email notification to schedule a day/time for your pick up once your order is ready. If you’d like to see pieces in-person before purchasing, please contact us to schedule an appointment at our in-person location - we’d love to meet you!
Do you offer a trade discount?
